The HospiceMD Mobile App is designed to assist healthcare professionals working within hospice facilities. The current version of the app is tailored for field staff, allowing them to input HA Notes, Visit Notes, Nursing Assessments, Psychosocial Assessments, and Spiritual Assessments directly from the app. Moreover, the app includes sub-assessments for pain, skin, safety, and falls.

The new QR ERS functionality has been integrated into the app. This feature enables users to scan a QR code instead of obtaining a PCG signature, streamlining app usage efficiency.

The HospiceMD mobile application facilitates enhanced on-the-go visit tracking and documentation based on the customer’s user access level. Key features of the HospiceMD app include:

1. Charting ease and timeliness to enhance patient care delivery.
2. Schedule display for assigned patients specific to each user, aiding in clinical patient assessment.
3. Assistance in developing patient care plans and offering follow-up care.
4. Integration of an interactive calendar showing the day's scheduled visits for quick access to various assessment modules.
5. Presentation of essential data required for field staff visits.
6. Syncing option with Customer’s ERS (Electronic Route Sheet) service (if chosen) to track patient caregiver signatures for accurate mileage calculation during payroll.
7. Secure and efficient access to updating Customer’s HospiceMD account.
8. Capability for field staff to complete visits even in areas with no network connectivity through an automated Offline mode feature within the app.
